Take defective questionable + often

My conclusion: I would not buy it again.

Reasons

1. The benefit seems to me to doubt, that you can not really judge whether the use of this product really brings something for the dental health / care actually. Apart from regular bleeding gums after use (although I have no gum problems) I can not really tell whether pure brushing alone would not suffice. Even my dentist could tell me nothing positive about this device. True to the motto: Although no use, but does not hurt.

2. Defect susceptibility. Meanwhile, the second device is already broken. Both were temporarily (reason see under 1.) little or no use. Then suddenly no longer worked the devices. Despite full battery charge the device replaced the air pressure shot from no longer (if you want to call it that way). Although you could hear a - or similar spring - probably existing tried to tighten up and that was it.

Positive is only the Philips customer service worth mentioning. Gone in the online chat, model no. by given and the date of purchase and defect described. Already, a new handset has been sent and in the same package they send the defective part back hand. Just two days and you have spare. Really professional and customer-friendly.
