I bought these earplugs medium, before I had the model in size, but which did not fit in my ear canal. I have this Foamies ordered to replace the originals of my Sennheiser IE 80. The Sennheiser is a rather bass-heavy headphones, but not only bass-heavy, but also in the mids and highs reduced the Comply. A slightly musty sound. This was unfortunately already described in appropriate forums for this headset with complys, but believe it until you've heard it myself. With the large version, incidentally, the same problem.
