I write now only about taste and handling of the product .... I'm not a scientist, I can exact nutritional utilizations make any comments. However, it should be clear that you take these supplements as a "complement" only and not as a substitute for a balanced and healthy diet!

The powder dissolves more slowly than, for example, the pure Whey Protein from Optimum Nutrtion .... it can also form small clumps. My tip ... let about half a minute to minute are durchschnütteln after the first time and shakes it then again - this will be better resolved.
The taste it reminds me of Kitkat or a chocolate with a Keksinhalt ... It tastes very sweet also through its sweeteners and should also convince big sweet tooth taste.
