Other inputs (SD card, USB, Aux) I do not need. Likewise, the ability to operate the box over battery is rarely used but definitely a nice feature if you're time traveling.
Positives:
- Connection via Bluetooth works fine.
- Likewise, the battery lasts up to its promise.
Negatives:
- The Sound. Unfortunately nunmal duty discipline of each speaker. The Dr Beat could not convince me. Sounds dull, like a shoebox. Centers such as on a plateau, predominant - for the weak bass (also for compact design). With an EQ in the smartphone can be the sound significantly improve, but I had to upregulate very far, take the middle back and the heights still revving up a bit, the bass boost (!) - Then the sound is acceptable.
When I pull the (admittedly unfair) comparison to my BOSE SoundLink Mini (also costs just once loose the 3 to 4-fold) is the Dr. Beat to lengths not to this approach.
Too Bad. Here I would have expected better.
With 50 Euro, the device is now being expected not exactly a bargain.
Will keep, because it works really well want (technical) and by its compactness and the battery up and the mobility factor on their side, however .. I ..sollte another room with a "Bluetooth solution" equip, I'll probably a 2.1 -PC Speaker System Buy with appropriately sized subwoofer and Bluetooth> jack adapter so. Should actually be cheaper and the sound is at most 2.1 systems (for +/- 30 euros) by orders of magnitude better and more balanced.
To classify: my "music profile" consists mainly of Jazz, Trip Hop and DnB - Classic is sometimes in between.
