I run the dLAN network over two floors and the speed is acceptable. Downstairs I have a capacity of 100 Mbit and the second floor 80. Here the adapter overheat very quickly, resulting in a disconnection result. Some of the adapter are so hot that they can hardly be touched by hand. This may be because, that the product image is different here on Amazon from the product supplied to me. The cooling fins on the sides are in fact simply do not exist.

Will exchange the equipment and look around for an alternative.
