That has paid off times but really! :)

We have since 1995 the Soda Stream Gemini, with 30l steel cylinder, and since then we had him, and made our own bubble. Unfortunately, our wholesale has taken these cylinders from the program, so we decided to buy a new machine. Our decision was, a machine with glass carafe should be there. So the choice was not so great and we chose the Crystal Umsteiger offer.
Direct hit! Now that's technology the begeister. Alone unlocking the container is already a worth buying. Hiii :)
Since we already have years of experience with Soda Stream, we already knew the system yes. Because our water is one of the best here in Germany, it tastes us accordingly.

Our conclusion:
System and device, we recommend fully!

Unfortunately, we can not say anything about the awards of 1 star because our plane arrived in an original box and had visually definitely not needed or signs of wear. The function has no Mengel, properly! Venting is working fine and the removal after a filling is also not an issue. The look we find elegant and fitting to our other devices. And otherwise familiar Soda Stream Quality.

Why only 3 stars:

There is a point of absolute bother us at Soda Stream and we want to get rid of then even talk.
If we hire a cylinder and having to pay a fee, we do not understand why Soda Stream, at no longer use the cylinder, the cylinder does not take back and pay the amount. Even when transferring to a different cylinder of Soda Stream would not. :(
There was a huge problem so because women "Schmitdchen" by the dealer himself only cross placed to take the old cylinders in exchange for new ones. After consultation with Soda Stream, we should dispose of the cylinder. :( So that's more than annoying. Especially since it was then that tells us if we do away with the system, we get the charge refunded the cylinder. The is according to a statement by Mrs. "Schmitdchen" (Service Soda Stream = 0800Nummer) not so. :(

Too bad, that's why there is also only 3 stars instead of 5 stars!

However, since our wholesalers is very accommodating to its customers, we have set ourselves with the Head of Department in connection and we were exceptionally allowed a change in 60l cylinder.
