The story and screenplay are very successful and enjoyable to follow (for the record they freely inspired by the life of today's young star Polina Semionova).
Simply put, this is the evolution of a dancer, his debut and his meeting with his mentor (highly charismatic character) until his early successes scenes and many years later.
I spoke defects erased from previous albums: Finally a complete history (over 200 pages), not treated superficially and with a purpose that makes sense.
The drawings are also perfectly controlled, a black and white rhythm and ideal to illustrate the dancers. Some scenes are beautiful (especially the last one with the return to school and "glasses"!).
To say a word about the merits, the author speaks not only dance but also art in general, ways to learn it or feel it, and the relationship between a master and his pupil.
5 stars for the album but it is not free of defects, provided: a dip, less precise transitions between faces and the early years difficult to follow.
Finally, a beautiful album on the art and learning of life in general. A (s') offer comics fans, dance and even to others, so all is under control and easy access.
