These weights are intended for their scope rather for the legs. However, they are really useful and you can feel after a short time on the feet.

- Running is so not in there with them, actually with no because all the weights always scrub. With thick (really thick, or even pants over it) socks the problem is resolved.

For the price very decent weights and if you can deal with them, you do not give it also restores. Sure there are better but still, very solid processed.
