the art of meditation 1

What I enjoyed in it (it's very personal) is the passage about meditation. For 15 years when I try to meditate without much success, I realized while reading this book that my resistance to meditate was because I did "feel" not the real goal. I was convinced of the benefit of meditation intelectuellement but without Verily take time to feel it. Abraham enlightened me very simply about it, and since I finally arrives, with pleasure, to find time each day to meditate and feel its delicious effects.
The last part of the book is also interesting: a group of people questioned Abraham. And then a lot of other things, like the positive aspects book: powerful!

For those who find strange, confusing or puzzling certain statements on water-and there Abraham, I highly recommend reading the excellent book by Michael Newton on the lives of souls between lives ("Another body to my soul ") which perfectly corroborates with the Abraham universe.
