Black fever is an easy read, enjoyable and entertaining, where we go from black to pink with impunity, without blinking. Karen Marie Moning us indeed entering a dark world populated by FAES and other delightful creatures (ahem, ahem) with an ease that leaves us little time to be ruffled! Personally it suits me perfectly because I hate grind my brains to understand the author's intentions.
In short, it does not just mope either ... there are also sensuality and eroticism zest, between MacKayla and dark Barrons, antagonism is evident, this causes sparks, verbal exchanges are scathing, but at the same time there is something like a physical attraction not well defined, and again, that's good because it will allow the story to grow better.
Oh, and there is also another character whose function is to be endowed with such potency that it kills any human with whom he has relations, unless it decides to protect its eroticism fatal. Hiiiii! The meeting made me laugh, it's an amazing and funny way. Strongly on!
