Finding SLR too expensive (or the need to buy a second goal to have a decent optical zoom), I turned to this bridge 10MP, one of the least expensive yet least one of the provided features. The device is very comfortable to hold in hand, it is quite fast (it's not worth a reflex, but the x15 zoom is a huge plus, the images are bright as can be, the manual mode settings are very comprehensive and high definition movie mode is really very good. Add to that a large screen, perfect ergonomics, and a power supply with 4 batteries (I hate all different monobloc batteries) and you get the best quality / price. Fuji struck a huge blow.
