After the last flowers are flown fell by the thousands on the artist when a cruel fate drew from life, remains forever this great album. It has many original compositions bewitching where the leg of Gaetan Roussel is not for nothing (I missed you, residents of the Republic, yesterday in Sousse, on a trapeze). They are magnified by the stentorian voice, more beautiful than ever, a bit of dark desperado that was Bashung, and to complete the work, with musical arrangements regarding the sublime, both powerful and intimate (in the poignant Both nights, for example). The tribute to GĂ©rard Manset is also beautiful (like a lego, he traveled alone), as well as Leonard Cohen (Suzanne). The disease was unfortunately already in the flesh but Alain Bashung gives it a real slap in the face with that perfect record that gives him a deserved commander of stature.
