After And One have once again experienced a reshuffle, I was very excited to see how that would affect the new disc. After thorough examination, no innovations are at least once came out. STOP sound the same again, as Rick and Joke had gescharrt restarted to Steve Naghavi. However, almost all the pop side of the band represented. If one can call it so, the single "Shouts of Joy" is probably the "hardest" number on the album. But well, with And One is not about hardness and should not be a criterion for good music. The sounds are absolutely typical and the individual tracks could also be found on various other albums of the band. Only the background vocals by Joke prevent automated assignment to one of the last albums. However, this also poses a slight problem. Somehow missing something extraordinary. Aside from "Aigua", which beguiled by female vocals and not somehow matches the rest of the album. Beautiful song by the way but these are all the others. But one gets the impression that, unfortunately, none of them in a personal top ten list reingehört. They all sound a little after the third or fourth best song of an album. Never check for a top track. That's certainly not bad, but the big bang one gets never again from the head remains. Okay, the years will show me if I am wrong. Nevertheless, there is then yet another surprise. The penultimate track, "The End of Your Life" a completely contrary mood the rest of the album is created, which is not just because a guest vocalist Douglas McCarthy. The frontman of Nitzer Ebb also opens up the included in the limited edition EP "driving gear". Who has interest to the album should definitely resort to this variant, since the 6 additional tracks worthwhile in any case. Especially older And One fans who prefer the tougher line, now get their money. Another delicacy is here also Eskil Simonsson of Covenant honor and turns "low" rather in a song of their own band. But that could be because the associates Daniel Myer in the production of the EP was involved with. The genius of Haujobb and new member of Covenant is in fact also here on the field again. Whether you need the box, however, is a good question. But everyone must answer for themselves. I at least do not regret the purchase.
