I hang this over 7 years old notebook! Did it effectively pimped with a 128GB SSD, W7, 2 USB 3 ports and 3 GB Arbeitsspeicherdas DVD drive I have long no longer need, a 320GB SATA hard drive was still rumes lacked the Caddy.

Super fast delivery, quick format the hard drive, expanded DVD, HDD inserted into the Caddy, Caddy, computer gestartetundBootmgr is missing! ... The mill will not boot from the SSD but tried by the Caddy HDD!
The SSD is detected, the HDD actually not actually in the Caddy, because they result in the boot menu but then under HDD auftauchtan 1st place!

BIOS updated: unsuccessfully This BIOS is apparently unsuitable for its intended purpose

The solution is quite simple, I had changed the HDD on Windows 7 when formatting by default as a Primary Partition defined quickly in a logical drive (on command input level) and the controller loses the motivation on the Caddy-HDD for a MBR busy Suchen obediently back to the SSD.
For safety's sake nor vergebenund the drive letter Z does everything clean.

A great caddy, fit, strong and totally unobtrusive to the diaphragm-changing!
The icing on the cake for my Oldy notebook!
