The Cemetery of the Innocents

The story that is told is held in 1780.
Initially, two simultaneous affairs:
1 - Accident or murder in a mansion, about (and) crime novel.
2 - The Cemetery of the Innocents, the degradation, the consequences for the population.
Throughout the novel, we follow the Commissioner's investigations regarding the first point.
Until the epilogue, I expected that the matter was referred to the cemetery closed in 1786; projects of the royal administration, closure and transfer of bones ... In fact it is in the order of things, "Nothing new under the sun," said the preacher; the royal administration does not seem to want to overcome the miseries of the people. On several occasions the personages of corruption has existed and what interests the people of Paris, security, public health is ignored.
I researched the history of the cemetery in my encyclopedia "paper" in 24 volumes but excellent article, found on the internet, which I quote below, which enlightened me on this story.
