I must say in advance that I'm sure an atypical Kunze fan or was, since no later than the early nineties I've stopped me to buy his CDs. When he started to work with Heiner Lürig he was me too pop. A song sounds like the other, and the discrepancy between the draft text and monotony of the songs does not fit for me. In this first work, it is quite different and therefore it is certainly not so suitable for today Kunze fans. It would put the total music well into the Songwriter corner. This fits roughly already well, but something special for me is that they are pretty decent and very imaginative and varied takes on bonds from all corners of the music. There are very rocking sounds, echoes of jazz and bar music or large pop ballads. Kunze has made a not just lyrically attentive and intellectually enthusiastic, but also musically. Each piece is different, surprising and well-done and well-crafted in its own way. The absolute highlight of the CD: inventory! As it was so beautiful on the vinyl record which I had initially: 8:30 minutes anger and cynicism, fire and brimstone. And you can what you surprising and maybe a little frightened discovered to better describe the aging as with: "Gradually we find that even family gatherings are not as bad as you always used to place." - Considering today's music, however, affects this ancient board one of his own lines today to himself: "We hear the loud room unbeatable plates and drinking taciturn Our room tepid beer."
