...... Function ..................
I have the bank now 2 weeks Add usage. Granted, it's my first training on an incline bench, and so I have no comparison to any competition but I see this as an advantage because I can go so unvoreigenommen approached the matter.
The length of the Bank extends roughly for people to 1,85m. Larger people can also train it though, but should then want to put waive her head on the bench for short relax, because this then bluing the earth. At the first training I found it for me (1.83m) too short, because my head already no longer is tight in a relaxed position on the pad, but this bank is also not built for overhead relax. When training I realized that I should bear my head never actually correct, so it is not annoying.
The width of the bench is the perfect compromise between "The bank takes up little space when it is in the corner" and "I can train well on it." If it were just about training did a somewhat broader Bank certainly good, especially for people who are also wider. At me is not true that to but I would say who rule of thumb about 90kg weighs it could narrow feeling, because you can feel the side edges of the Bank as unpleasant. However, the training should still be possible without restrictions.

...... Padding ..................
The padding of the Bank is adequate for the price. One should not expect too much here. You are my standards a little too much like it is and that it gives so much advised too thin. For my 70kg it is still acceptable but just not Rückenschmeichler. The reference, however, is perfectly and smells only slightly at first. This odor dissipates quickly however.
The leg pads smell initially also easy. The smell fades here. Disturbing and noteworthy are the cushion itself. Despite the adjustment possibilities 4 I have not found any position of the pad is comfortable for me. Stuck to the legs as provided between the cushions a, this is expressed strongly on the back of the knee, so strong that I can not train in pain. 5. An adjustment (with even more distance between the pads) would be good. Simple solution: I put my feet always just about the first knee pads. The friction is to train high enough to even so sure. While it expresses here something but only slightly. Nevertheless, this leg pads have failed in my eyes from an ergonomic point of view and the weakest Telle the total product.

...... Handling ..................
Here the Bank definitely scores. There are 4 possible settings for the angle and the distance between the two leg pads. What particularly excites me is the fact on how fast the bank and is reduced again. A pin ensures the folding mechanism. If you want to show the bank simply takes you out this, the Bank works and put the pin back into the hole then back to the mechanism to secure. The Bank is thus broken down in about 15 seconds and again. Excellent.

...... Building ..................
Admittedly, the Guide is not a flagship example of a good manual (small minus point), but there are so few parts that you can not go wrong. Custom tool is not mandatory. One need only tool when the screw on the folding mechanism (right) wants to tighten and will have completely removed for aesthetic reasons the film under the seat. A bone sufficient for this as a tool. But you also get no tools "to run"

Conclusion .................. ......
For 40 you get here is a training device that is not but invites you to linger for training. It is solidly built and quite high quality. For the upholstery, there is still potential to exploit, but it moves in at least acceptable range for a star deduction. A notable example is the simple and quick folding mechanism of the Bank, as well as the (price / performance claim related) high quality of workmanship.
The angle of the bench can be adjusted in 4 steps, which may sound low, but is completely sufficient. The training on the incline bench can augment training "on the flat" good and partly replace the more intense version, depending on the exercise. For progressive success, it is important always to increase its intensity and to do different exercises that require the same area (different) and not just create more repetitions of the same exercise. This is exactly what the incline bench is ideal and in my opinion a really very good, though not perfect compromise between price and performance.
