The ideal tablet for my areas of application

I've bought the Odys Xpress (my first tablet) for two reasons. On the one hand wanted to be able to make photos to stream from my network drive. With my setup that works great: NAS server from Medion (Aldi), access to the disk from the tablet from done with the (free) app "ES File Explorer" and is played with the (free) "Mobo Player". Excellent! I can now easily watch the evening in bed a little while the girlfriend is ratzen next door already on. My second reason to buy the Odys is ... let's call it "specifically". :-) I like cooking and wrote me a private online cookbook. Previously I had the recipes always print it out and taped to paperboard to the kitchen cabinet, but the days are gone. Now the Odys squats while cooking in a self-made bracket on Aufenhöhe directly at the kitchen cabinet. I can go directly to my own cookbook or cooking "from the Internet". Logo, which is a Men's gimmick ... but a nice! :-)

I had previously the Archos Arnova 8 G2 ordered, in which I, however, access to Google Market was missing. That's where the Odys Xpress. I summarize briefly my pros and cons for the tablet together:

+ Budget (my purchase price was 156 euros)
+ Display is capacitive and very responds well
+ Display aspect ratio is 4: 3 (I find surfing much more pleasant than widescreen)
+ Google Market
+ Mini HDMI output
NORMAL + USB input (keyboard, card reader, no problem)
+ Stable (you have to press quite substantially behind that you see discoloration on the display)

- Display is very angle dependent (but hey: 156 Euro!)
- Wi-Fi is a bissl weak (for my 53sqm apartment's arrived but loosely)
- 512 MB RAM in fatty websites bissl thin (Task Killer should anyway be compulsory)

I would buy the Odys Xpress immediately, now maybe even the Cosmo. However, I find the 8 inch size in 4: 3 format an ideal compromise between size of the display and mobility.
