"Living Space" is the result of last recordings (June 1965) of the John Coltrane quartet, McCoy Tyner, Jimmy Garrison, Elvin Jones before separation (the same training who recorded the famous "A Love Supreme" for the Impulse label). This is to say that the group is well established and is in top shape! What better to complete his nightclub dedicated to Coltrane during its Impulse period this beautifully bound album of glossy cardboard containing a booklet of comments and photos (recognizable shaping this label) ?! -Nothing As a bonus the last piece "The Last Blues" is a new discovered by Ravi Coltrane in his father's archives. Personally, the title track of the disc is my favorite. Otherwise, what say? Otherwise it's a good Coltrane that you will enjoy if you already like Coltrane!
