Foreword + epilogue (two pages):
Both next comment, Photos, dedication, and a handwritten note of the two great men of Nintendo include a brief personal history, which shows their role in each Zelda game.

Skyward Sword (60 pages):
In sixty image-heavy pages, divided into the main characters as well as regions with the people and monsters encountered there, the origin of the legend - richly illustrated with concept art - commented on by the various designers.

Illustration (one page):
Made for the 25th anniversary of the series, shows the full-page artwork golden framed every link of the branch and the Transfiguration alter ego, accompanied by the little fairies.

Chronology (64 pages):
Nintendo's official timeline of the series examines in detail the relationships between the individual branch.
Each era is useful divided into chapters and illustrated with small screenshots and artwork. Additional information such as overview maps, ethnology and literary language round off the overall picture. Since the sides of the timeline as the yellowing edge of antique books outwards to go darker, this part of the work raises skillfully visually from the rest and can thus be pitched quickly even in book closed without lengthy Rumblättern.

Merchandise for the anniversary (one page):
On this page those objects among others the coveted Limited black 3DS console with golden Zelda decor (which I can call my own joyfully) are presented, which were brought out on the occasion of the celebrations of the series for many years lover.

Artworks from 25 years of Zelda (95 pages):
In the order in which the games were released, there are tons of mostly color, never before shown sketches and concept art to marvel with notes of designers, so that you can relive the process of development. They look great are the changes in the character design of the three protagonists.

Overview of all branch (5 pages):
This small area, usually illustrated by a screenshot and Japanese and a further package design (North America, Europe, Australia) declared just when and where a game was released and if it was reissued. A short text called concisely the specific nature of each offshoot.

Comic (35 pages, of which 9 in color):
Specifically, it is a manga in Japanese reading direction (read "from right to left", with instructions for manga newcomers), the manga is characterized by the same team that for each Zelda games from the publisher Tokyopop: "Akira Himekawa". With intimate Foreword by the duo and a specially made cover, the reader may enjoy a beautiful, artfully illustrated narrative which sees touch. This exclusive bonus story at the end of the book in honor of the 25th year of the legendary series has a significant feature at the beginning of a total of nine elaborately colored sides and stands out pleasantly also due to the manga-typical black and white color scheme of the rest of the work from. Thus, the manganese is also immediately visible in the closed book (the book section).

Conclusion (according proud 272 pages):
Although this extensive yet highly affordable work on the occasion 25 years Zelda is not able to capture all the secrets of the successful video game series on paper - this would only be a multi-volume encyclopedia in a position - but like do not want this grandiose feast for the eyes as well. Rather, this splendid illustrated book allows the reader to understand the temporal relationships of the series in its historical context and the legislative history of each offshoot richly illustrated with concept art ever shown and commented upon by the creators witness.

This affordable artbook is a win for every Zelda Collection.
My warmest recommendation for any fan.
