Part II of the legendary concert in East Berlin!

This CD with a term of 56 minutes containing the II. Part of the legendary concert by Louis Armstrong and his Allstars in East Berlin Friedrichstadtpalast of 22 March 1965. In connection with the I. part of the concert, I can highly recommend to you also, we get an excellent impression of his former concert with his All Stars (Jewel Brown - vocals Billy Kyle - Piano, Tyree Glenn Trombone, Eddie Shu clarinet, Arvell Shaw Bass and Danny Barcelona Drums).

Also this album with his titles like Indiana, Tiger Rag, Black and Blue, When I Grow Too Old to Dream until the final song Hello Dolly simply pulls out of the synagogue, and so some people (like me) wants such an outstanding concert experience to allowed. Both musically and by the compilation and klnaglich this CD is just an outstanding success.

Also this album are written by Karlheinz Drechsel German-language information about the political background and annexed to this CD with the participating musicians. This information was also translated into English.

For this album I can only mention as a conclusion: Who waived this album, which missed the chance of a great album that is particularly well achieved its effect by the remarks made by Karlheinz Drechsel.
