... So about it a few years ago called my buddy, when he saw the album on my desk. He could not believe that at this time this album easily one of my top 5 albums and simply was the best with what I had in my music collection easily. Since then, several years have gone by ... and now my perspective has changed radically unfortunately on the album. As I said, I really liked the album at the beginning. And that was not just because of the incredibly fast catchy single "My Humps", which at that time was on heavy rotation for me. No, this album had just a certain concept, a common thread, which has just drawn a straight line from start to finish through the whole album and it thus made for me to become a classic, which I wanted to give no more. WANTED! Then cleaned up ... and the album seemed to be somehow ended up in the garbage. In the time when I bought the album and the new, in which I have celebrated it, a few years have passed, have unfortunately lost sight of the BEP and am only a while ago again by her "Boom Boom poww" hear about it. Have me some time ago so it could get bought the album new, expectant thrown into the CD player and wanted to knock one of my former favorite albums me just ... Already the first track has enabled me almost back in the old mood, and with "Pump It" has just set a hot track directly to the beginning of the album, which thus represents a worthy entry. "Do not Phunk With My Heart" this may simply elegant pull through, the voice of Fergie makes this track simply something special, but quite like the old days I was able to track then but not partying. Unfortunately, with "My Style" then also obvious that I could identify no longer quite as strong with the album. That "Do not Lie" and "My Humps" have knocked me anyway, is not an issue, but otherwise can convince me now no more track - with elegant than "Gone Going" what me but in the chorus very strongly during Flipsyde FIGHT their mixtape series remembered. The problem for me on all remaining tracks not times when the beats alone which, although not exactly the cream of the crop, but still have something. Unfortunately me the BEP no longer quite as convincing as it was the appearance of the album. The beats are a total of not really innovative, unfortunately, the issues are limited too much on party and good humor and the features convince me not at all, because as rappers Q-Tip, Talib Kweli and the Black Eyed Peas not quite fit together. However, what bothers me about some tracks, these outros incredibly badly made. "My Humps" was thus totally messed up at the end, so I'm glad to have the single yet. Surprisingly well done you this time but for the booklet. So you have not only the credits at hand, but also nich some features: photos, a flowchart of a concert, demands the BEP what they want backstage and how their hotel room must be what they have for a fleet, as on the album name came etc. - something I have not seen anywhere on creativity in a normal album booklet -Daumen high it!
At the end I can say is that the album unfortunately can- not convince me completely and with each pass it is unfortunately boring and colorless. The fact that the Black Eyed Peas are incredibly successful, no one can deny, and they are also rightly, but that does not change the fact that I can no longer listen to long duration album.
