The slow numbers - she dares, once a place with "Hangover" as an opener - remember in parts of Billie Holiday, "Man in the middle" put into good old Motown times, but somehow not again - too lightly and almost weightless scurries this song in the ears. The title track Mmmmm, melancholic and lucid at the same time, leaves an immediately sink into the most beautiful daydream. "Shoes and Booze" is a brilliant catchy and has with its refined zinc Groove Evergreen outstanding qualities.
Conclusion: Precision landing for the attractive Dutch woman. A Caro Emerald certainly applies more to the spirit of the times.
