My opinion on the book
The book reads quite easily, and in the end pretty quickly. If not sintéresse all body it goes very fast because we read the first part of the chrono-nutrition and then switches to its morphologies and advice given.
Over 50 recipes are given in addition, but I must admit that I did not find them very useful (there is a pancake batter recipe, for example all it has more classic there). However, I found very nice fashion tips that are offered: one talks about the forms of clothing, colors and materials preferred according to our morphology to put our best foot forward.
I must admit that I learned that it was important to eat fatty morning, noon dense, sweet afternoon and evening light. Jaime although this simplicity, even if I do not abide by the rules to the letter, i want to try in my own way, because the explanations that are given seem relevant.
The passages that explain the vegetables give riding breeches and sweets grow chest seem a bit exaggerated, but I'll still try to limit my amount of vegetables in the future to see if it allows me to lose little thighs and suddenly I'm getting more fun with sweets by the hour snack (while remaining reasonable course).
