If you must choose a book of recipes gluten free pastries and lactose, take this book without hesitation. Such revenue is often disappointing in other books. But here you have access to the large pastry, with the experience and all the advice of a real pastry chef (and greedy). Result: even as cakes tastier than standard cake without the junk that are gluten and lactose. Congratulation to the author, especially a big thank you to share its know-how! It's been two years since I blog Laurent Dran and I'm testing her recipes gluten and milk, always with a very satisfactory result. The book is in the spirit of the blog, in repeats some of the best recipes and offers in other very interesting, plus a whole bunch of tricks and more for us, ordinary mortals without pastry training.
