The Scorpions at the peak

In 1984 published "Love At First Sting" is next to "Fly To The Rainbow" my favorite album of the band. What's "Love At First Sting" distinguishes that the album has no weak point, contains the two classic "Rock You Like A Hurricane" and "Still Loving You", and with "I'm Leaving You" and "Crossfire" two of my Favorite songs are included.
Already the opener "Bad Boys Running Wild" is a perfect rock song: hard, catchy, high Wiederhörfaktor. "Hurricane" and "I'm Leaving You" are typical Scorpions rockers that go catchy, as "The Same Thrill" and "As Soon As The Good Times Roll".
"Coming Home" begins very dreamy and quiet, to transform itself after one minute in a bombastic rock song.
"Crossfire" is an anti-war song, beautifully arranged with Militärrhytmus and still current Botschhaft. "Still Loving You" is one of the best ballads of all time, great sung by Klaus Meine, with a beautiful chorus and a great guitar solo time: 6 minutes goosebumps.
