His target: Popeyes franchisees with as a key idea that the leaders of this chain must do everything possible to allow these franchisees to have restaurants which they are proud. She describes her leadership conceptions which combines humility and boldness. We find in this book food for thought and some practical recipes, all written with great simplicity.
