The winery Klein Constantia is close to Cape Town in South Africa. Originally it was primarily known for its sweet wine Vin de Constance. Meanwhile, however, the entire range is established of wines and Klein Constantia is an internationally very prestigious winery that, for example, always finds in Wine Guide by Johnson with recommendation. For "KC" series are the best wines of Klein Constantia. But the bottle with a screw cap should therefore be dismissed as fusel Never. The red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot is aged in Bordeaux style. He does not reach that depth of a high-class Bordeaux, but he has beautiful aromas of dark cherries and pleasantly balanced tannins. In the end he convinced significantly more than a red wine from Bordeaux in this price range, as they are then but overpriced, especially in the price range around ten Euro and offer very little for their money. So I can recommend the wine Bordeaux each fan unconditionally. With storage you should not overdo it. Anyone who wants to store longer should then attack more likely to be hochpreisigern alternatives like the Klein Constantia Estate Marlbrook or pure Klein Constantia Estate Cabernet Sauvignon the winery whose grapes must satisfy high quality criteria at harvest.
