The book has an interest in who wants to learn about the general philosophy that prevails in mediation and the general framework in which it operates. By cons, in practice or methodology, it provides no "know-how" transferred as its title suggests. if a book can never replace a supervised exercise training, we would at least have expected an explanation of a way to make real cases or illustrations.
