This book I bought after I had explained myself with educational concepts of Juul and with non-violent communication, because to me there did not have the very practical advice. How do I formulate my non-violent communication, without making equal a therapy session of a brief interview? This book provides in addition to the clearly formulated principles that apply to both frameworks (CSFs and Juul), everyday conversation histories that anyone can apply for themselves. The suggestion also simply times nothing to say (or just back channels to give) to let the other person see his thoughts and feelings themselves, I found also very helpful and provide relief. The situations in this book are indeed geared towards communication with children, but they are also in daily contact with adults helpful!
