- The individual games for the Virtual Console are far too expensive (up to 12 ("Sin and Punishment" for the N64) are here for a game due), at these prices, the original game cartridges are often available
- Even functions that would be available free of charge (an Internet browser should bring a web-enabled console innately) must be paid
- The packaging is 99% of waste, a piece of cardboard in EC-card size would be enough (despite this elaborate packaging the points cost for the purchase by credit card even more, even if only in small cent range)
- Promised paid expansion packs are not yet nearly a year after the release of the Wii Available
- Redeeming stars in Wii Points is almost a year after the release of the Wii is not yet possible (Nintendo has probably recognized how well sell the Wii Points for cash because they do not want it distributed free of charge to star, at least I would immediately all my star in Wii Points to redeem)
In summary, one can say that one hardly comes to the Wii Points around, especially if you're a fan of retro games like me. In the blink then combines the Wii the whole fun of the previous consoles in itself.
For this fun the Wii player's wallet is however also squeezed pretty.
In addition, Nintendo seems unfortunately to the success of the Wii Points Sale rest (see eg Nintendo website "* The purchase of Wii Points in the Stars Catalogue will be possible at a later date."), Which is extremely unfortunate, considering what else might be possible here.
