I ordered this plate and was in assuming that you get a new plate. Delivery of Amazon was as usual great and very fast. Plate was properly packed and additionally protected with bubble envelope. Unfortunately, I saw signs of wear on the plate after I then unpacked. About Painted scratches on the sides, where the fixing threads are and scratches on top of the housing. On the Platiktasche I saw then: "recertified". This has been not to recognize in the description. Thus, the drive went by return mail it back without ever having to use.
