Having some notions of Biblical Hebrew and as I have to go on a trip to Israel, I thought I could try to acquire notions of modern Hebrew. This book helps me a lot: I think I am making progress and, in addition, I learn to read without vocalization!
By cons, if you are a complete beginner, this book is not for you: too fast startup.
