I decided to buy this for my RIG film means that I'm currently turning and for now I have one opinion rather mixed. I chose RIG as it presented different layouts that seemed interesting to substitute the different additional tools like a Glidecam or SteadyCam but as you say that you will not use most of the time the traditional position at the shoulder (and it's better like that). However, it is a shame to realize the strength of bousin especially at the extendable arm that seems to have a tendency to peel, like the grip sticker for hosting the camera and should also specify the weight for me at RIG is simply uncomfortable and therefore not in use without the use of extra weight to the rear (a weight of 1kg to put around the wrists for sport amply suffice). It still remains that RIG is worth its price, but on reflection I will have twice the still save a little more to buy me better!
