Since I did not like the two chairs, I have this sent to read the Conditions and back simultaneously contacted the company. Unfortunately, an answer did not come. After two weeks, the first chair with info was that the company had refused to accept, sent back to me and I had to pay 15. In a renewed attempt to contact the company, I then know that I had the chairs with Retourelabels send back. Of these, in the Conditions, unfortunately, nothing to read and on my first info that I would send the chairs back, the company also has not responded. Well, the second chair came back a week later denied by accepting back, again I had to pay 15. And then took me to the company accused fairly impersonal and outrageous manner, I would have one of the chairs damaged and sent back to improper packaging. And I had not opened the package, because I have already noticed the first chair that he did not like it. The packages were therefore sent back in original packaging. After several weeks of complaints from Amazon, who were also very unprofessional and unhelpful to me the cost of bar stools were finally refunded. At 30 for the return-shipping the packages I sit today, since neither Amazon nor Detelco have this refunded. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
