THL W100 Smartphone

Caveat:
I'm not a smartphone expert and therefore no appropriate tester. I describe here the properties of THL W100, which I noticed because of the way as I use the thing --- because I mainly use the phone to make phone calls, message transmission, appointment planning, but also to navigate / geocaching and listening to music.

The THL W100 I am 05.11.2013 ordered through Amazon offered mystore365 because it wanted to deliver significantly faster than other providers, where one would have to wait two to three weeks. No wonder it is the THL but a Chinese Billigheimer. On 07/11/2013 thus after only two days the smartphone was delivered. Great! But: There's something missing? The advertised leatherette bag was not with us. After a bit of mail correspondence with mystore365 was agreed that to me, a corresponding amount has been credited. Not optimal, but okay.

The THL W100 is the hammer! Only one hundred and sixty euros for a 4.5 quad-core Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean EingigaRAM-Phone! And a replacement battery is also included. Even a plastic tray there with this ;-) but I have the impression that the actually pretty good in the hand lying, light W100 after attachment of the back protector equal weighs twice as much. Haptics? Oh, one of two included screen protectors one has thankfully been very accurately placed on the screen 4.5. Smartie is the fix. No jerking, no chug along, barely pauses. Almost all the software installed by me running properly and smoothly. Even in games such. B. Deer Hunter there nothing to complain about. Only it can not create my real favorite audio profile (only phone ringing, no further sounds or vibrations). Also, I noticed that there is not a big difference between the lightest and darkest display setting. Even at the darkest setting radiate the display still meet happily. The display seems to have a pretty good image quality, because of my poor eyesight, I can not really judge. Better than at my previous BlackBerries or LGs but it certainly.

The sound quality when playing back audio is pretty standard. (Please discard the supplied earphones as most free plugs, your hearing wirds thank you.) With good earphones listening to music makes a little more fun. In all my headphones on the other hand, the maximum output is too low. Well, at least it is not distorted. The freely adjustable equalizer is serving. As with all my known smartphones, the volume is, however, throttled at extreme settings and pumps the signal. To make calls as a phone with the ear on the device, the THL W100 is ideal. The voice quality is ok, the network reception (D1) is at least adequate [better than the Samsung S3Mini all]. The speakerphone is not great on the LG Optimus L5 is it better but acceptable in my opinion.

The camera is also not the best, even for smartphone standards. But snapshots and nice random shots are always there.

Conclusion:
THL W100 for 160 Euro -> equivalent class!
Although: The first screen protector is already pretty scratched but is probably due to me ;-)
