The only reason for this panel to create, was: She has a FireWire800 connection! That means you can use it as a backup drive with Leopards "Time Machine"! And that's going great! If every hour something is written on the disk, you do not notice it at the Mac itself. Only the Blue display the WD begins to light up and hums slightly, but definitely much quieter than a normal PC ... Design is as always the responsibility of their own taste, but the discreet exterior and silver gray (not white!) Fits well with the new Mac-style. WD is used now just six months every day 24: loss of quality in Perfomance or otherwise I set variable. Why only 4 stars? The blue LED light is also on stand-by, that can be very engaging in an otherwise dark room. I now have a book (a real paper and so) in front of it, so that is something hidden and not quite so shines! I would definitely buy again!
