Small book giving all the classics of the kitchen, sort of mini Vade Mecum culinary. otherwise nothing new for those who cook already, but can be used for someone who wants his classics in a small size or someone who will put themselves in the kitchen. The very small size that I had completely forgotten and that is by seeking it in my library to write this review as I found ... no pictures against a Lilliputian in this book where the price ! Good value for money
