A reliable companion on hot days, 3l is about my daily requirement with moderate sports. The material is largely tasteless (at least I got used to it, other falls a little Kunstoffgeschmack on) and absolutely tight.

A tip: Pour bubble!
I have so drink the bag to the motorcycle in front of me in the tank bag, and can even while driving and defies helmet. By bubbling the packing is always under some pressure: I bite so on valve, immediately what comes out, and that defies height difference between CamelBak and helmet.
