Hello, I regularly buy on amazon but this is the first time I leave a comment, only to understand to what degree I am deçue of this article, and even worse customer service Braun / Delonghi Group. This centrifuge has worked very well for a year but after a year and ten days it broke (smoked, pop, juice all over the kitchen ...). After a year you no longer guarantee but I had hoped for the good faith of customer service knowing that I'm German I always buy "German quality". I contacted the customer service end of September and today, after THREE MONTHS, the verdict is in: the repair is in my care, and because it is now more than two months since my centrifuge expected at the technical center they want me to charge more care expenses, knowing that I got the quote today and only because I have continuously boosted. Pay childcare costs because they let you wait for the quotes for two months !!! I thought a bad joke! I can not count the number of mails sent in these three months, false promises supported the repair, notice of changes etc. In short, the worst service ever met and in addition very bad faith. If I had known before, I would have dropped any of the following and I would have bought a Philips juicer immediately. They have two Philips warranty and walking as well. And the service could not be worse!
