To the north is nothing new

Mando Diao was like for many other alternative listener already something of a revelation awaited: A rotzfreches and yet capable salon resurgence genuine, hearty and honest rock music. That is what they had longed for the already long without knowing it perhaps. With "Hurricane Bar" an already famoses debut was refined and perfected it. Even then I wondered, however, whether there would be for listening to the successor something new.
The answer was disappointing as: No!
Still the same rhythms and harmonies. DC "Welcome Home, Luc Robitaille" leaves as bad an idea. Of course, for the Mando Diao newcomer a great song - undoubtedly sublime any criticism. But you know him, then you know already essentially all.
People used to say Bad Religion (albeit for completely other orbit to arise) for ever, only one - newly boil song in ever different variations - albeit ingenious. Unlike Bad Religion that hits Mando Diao largely to well. Since nothing helps that they are "16 Horsepower" lost -Gefilde in "Ode to Ochrasy" here and there in time. I am personally a bit too little, another Mando Diao disc I will not buy me. They have a stitch found brought them secure success (and a killing), and it is not expected that much enforcement of the band yet. Real useful exceptions to this album Killer Kaczynski, The Wildfire and Ochrasy.
Conclusion: Who measures up with the Beatles or Stones, his music should indulge a little more variety.
