Important data requires a storage to an external medium. So I looked around on Amazon and was looking for a suitable hard drive. Since this is my first 2.5 "hard drive, I was out of the box very surprised at how small it is you fits in my palm It also is hardly a noise -.! Very good Power is supplied exclusively via USB - finally there is no more tangled cables, as was the case with my old hard drive with an external power source. Although the housing is completely made of plastic, the WD looks anything but cheap from.

The WD Elements 1TB USB 3.0 runs over. And compared to USB 2.0, the increased speed is palpable! For dubbing of 7GB disk needed just 1-2 minutes.

I would buy them again at any time.
