Scope of supply:
- External housing
- Short USB cable
- Short manual
- Small piece of foam tape
The installation is possible without problems. Turn the housing locking slide to open, then pull on the other side a little and already is open the housing. Then you push here, a hard disk and presses the housing again. The locking slide it back into closing and you can already connect the housing by enclosed USB3 cable. Immediately, the blue LED will light up and my Win7 reports that a new disk was found. I have installed a Sandisk SSD.
The read and write speed leaves no wish unfulfilled. So approximately 1.5 GB was read around 290 MB / s when copying from the external to the internal SSD SSD. During the subsequent copy back still came into being around 250 MB / s. These values I get even with a direct connection to the computer.
Conclusion:
A simple, screwless, fast, hard drive enclosure for 2.5 "hard drives or SSDs, which has thrilled me.
