The set includes a right- and a left-handed pullback. All the brakes I've ever seen go back clockwise, but I admit that I did not reset all brakes ever built. I mention this because there are fewer and reset sets with only one right-handed setback for one euro.
Manual is not in how to deal with it but you can see on Youtube, for example, under film titled "slow change" by author xxlautomotive. Tip because the film can not be seen: the plate with the holes require doubling back over the crossbar.
However, anyone who wants to make his brake itself has a little more information than just serve the piston reset tool, who should be seriously prepared for the task for his car a little research on the details (tightening torques of the saddle screws needed incidentals, other vehicle and Brake-specific "details" operate) and also still have a torque wrench.
The set comes in a simple, but quite sufficient plastic case. The reset tool is serving, but is approve in the execution: the screw spindles hakeln noticeably, and all parts are easy mE sandblasted only blank and then soaked in reichtlich oil. That looks pretty wertig, but offers no protection against corrosion. Anyone who wants to use the tool for a few years again do well there again abundantly oiled before he intercalates it, otherwise likely the parts that have been touched, be more or less rusted.
Then the chapter "things where you just surprised the head shakes". In the first experiment, the tool with two cars (Toyota MR-2 and Honda Civic) was not used, because it could not be turned down narrow enough. The brake pistons "grow" by Belagabnützung inward, and the tool was still about 2 mm in thickness to very twisted state and could not be used in the caliper. Arrange violence or handbrake does not help here, the adjustment mechanism of the hand brake is to a millimeter, if you do not turn it at the same time, and that's what's the point of the tool ..
Exact lookup revealed then that that was because of two apparently completely meaningless thick washers that are installed at the bottom of the tool. They can be easily removed: one of Verliersicherungen to the crossbar behind was screwed anyway just loose and fell away from himself. Then you can remove the crossbar and rotate the rotatable insert back of the spindle. After the two discs thrown away, and twist the whole thing again, while the loss-so you fix that they do not again lose (Loctite threadlocking, you need eh often for mounting the caliper bolts). Now the reset tool goes far enough along that it fits well in the rather small-sized calipers smaller cars.
What the disks could have been good to me not obvious, at least they successfully prevent the functioning of the tool, and in the event that I should miss but sometime they are in the trunk.
