I bought the drive to my laptop that has no DVD drive.
The drive I have some DVD and CDs burned without problems. He read with me on all DVD and CD blanks from various manufacturers without problems and written.
Can the drive only recommend, by the dimensions, it is not too large and the automatic collection of DVDs and CDs I find really great. If the collection does not work, there are times a hardware release the DVD or CD can be seen.
So I would buy the drive again and therefore give off a buy recommendation.
