Must say that I long time no video editing more-actuated (temporal reasons) and me now, according to the version 4 the current, so grew the 13 version. And since I'm exaggerating by no means, it has vastly what happened in the last 10 years! Also you need for home movies (holidays etc.) is not necessarily an expensive graphics card, as the normal Intel HD graphics chip, combined with Intel 7-processor and 8 GB RAM, quite well in a pleasant working speed. Had my 18 minutes-holiday movie in full HD a rendering time of nearly 34 minutes + 3 minutes to burn blu ray, and I think that's absolutely fine! In earlier times had to stay alone turned up half the night with DV video, the computer to complete the rendering process. Although there are now and then recorded to crashes (funnily enough at creating titles ...), but you can get over that when looking at the overall package well. For notorious whiners indeed still remains the purchase of an additional graphics card!
