I found it in the form a bit confusing, I did the whole phone. All documents to be printed have been delivered to me promptly.

The call from Hermes forwarding, you want to provide me 16.09.2014 Tuesday the refrigerator. To which I replied that I did not get the other as quickly dry. On the other side of the line a surprised MA that other refrigerator? The faulty, you take. Ne, as we have no contract for ... Ok, then I request (customer) to hold the now again and we can even roughly Wednesday.
So Amazon contacted and certificate will be sent again.

Approximately 4x with Amazon and Hermes phone.
Amazon: The bill is out.
Hermes: This is not a bill.
I then gave up in exasperation, hoping Wednesday you'll be fine.

Wednesday was not good, it went on as ever on Tuesday. Wednesday night but the call: The bill is there, we could come Friday 19.09.2014. All right.
Thursday refrigerator drained and happy Friday to the call from Hermes maintained when my new for coming.

And? Right. Of course, this also did not work out. The call came and I have happy, then come indeed equal my new. At the other end of the line: what's New? We should just pick up. I: No also to bring new. Ne, as we have no job and no on this.
So again phoned Hermes. Ne, a new we have not here. I: Yes, because you want to already deliver since Tuesday. Yes, I have to see if we have a job times. Determined to be so delivered since Wednesday.
Order and refrigerator was found and made new date for 23.09.2014. So again the same game. Laying refrigerator dry.

Tuesday is here and of course it did not work this time. The new was already broken when unpacking and is partly disintegrated into its component parts.
So again contacted Amazon and introduced new exchange.
The next day, the phone call from Hermes, you will want to deliver on 25/09/2014. Unfortunately I'm not there. So limit for 9/26/2014

And who now expects that it works now properly, I have to disappoint you. They had in fact with a refrigerator, which was not broken. But no removal order for the broken.
Since I now have refused to take this opportunity, the functioning accept then identify a new date for the collection of the defective, it was actually possible to bring defects without removal order.
My Conclusion:
Rather buy locally because there are at least fixed contact
The refrigerator gets like 4 stars, the rest around it, there's already one too many.
