2 stars I have withdrawn because of the absolutely impossible delivery. I was called Wednesday by DHL that the device is delivered on Friday in the afternoon. At 18:30 clock on Friday, I then requested for the first time, when will be to expect shipment. That was when I said smooth deliveries would be made only to 18 clock, but you could tell me where the package is currently not well. I should like to address in order Nachverfolgungsantrag Amazon. This I have done. The Lady of Amazon was also very nice and helpful and has in turn called again at DHL. She was told that delivery would now take place suddenly but to 20 clock. By 21 clock another call from me at DHL where the package remained, again the same information as the first call, one does not know where the package is. It will run appeal was set and I was told I could but on Saturday between the hours of 8 - 16 clock expect the delivery. Saturday then the same game also with several questions at DHL and Amazon. DHL gave me as a receiver fundamentally different information than Amazon. There another term appeal was set and I was told that delivery would now certainly on Monday between 8 - 18 clock occur, another time limit would not be possible. Monday again the same game, with the small difference that was actually claiming you had tried to call me since morning. However, I had no missed call and the number that the lady of DHL for balance gave me was also correct. Again, the promise that would be delivered on Tuesday, this time in a miraculous way a narrower time window was possible. It should be delivered 11 to 13 clock. On Tuesday came finally the delivery. Interestingly was that not even DHL surrendering but a subcontractor with a Miettransporter.
My conclusion: As a professional person I will not receive any more large equipment through Amazon. Amazon can directly might not help it but the logistics was here a smooth. 6
