After prolonged use, I must say that you become accustomed to the sweetener and somehow I feel after prolonged intake of the powder in different flavors that taste this artificially in protein powder and some varieties even cause headaches in me like peanut cookies.
However, in low-fat quark or yogurt flavors that are absolutely great, low-calorie ice cream? not an issue Quark and flavor a little water or cream into the blender and then cooling points and enjoy the low carb ice cream :)
