I bought this ball because I wanted to work effectively my forearms (powerlifting).
It really works !!!
Regarding the product itself, I had a counter worries that did not work at all, and after 2/3 mails exchanged with the dealer
(Orichalk not to name it ... I recommend it also for serious!), I received a new meter that works perfectly !!!
